There are nearly unlimited opportunities for a career in the United States. A person can be the CEO of a multi-billion dollar corporation or a janitor, the possibilities are endless. However, many Americans got their start by becoming a military serviceperson. From personal experience, I can tell you that nothing compares to having the opportunity to be a part of the greatest fraternity in the world, that of a military veteran. I spent 20 years and two days (I wasn't counting) in the U.S. Navy and I wouldn't change my decision of that career path for anything in the world. It was my distinct privilege to have served with some of the finest men and women this country has to offer and if I had the opportunity to do it over again, I would do it in a heartbeat!
Thank You America for allowing me the honor of serving you, the American people by playing a small part in maintaining what we enjoy in the greatest nation the world has ever known. I hope you will enjoy reading my book.
